How do we contact you?
All contact information is available on our website and on our business cards including telephone numbers and our email address.
What if we have a problem while we are away?
You will be given a business card by our driver; please call the number on the card if you need advice on what to do.
What will happen if our flight gets delayed?
We are able to monitor all incoming flights so should your flight be changed or delayed in any way, we will know and the driver will be waiting for you at no extra cost.
How do we locate your driver after our flight has arrived?
When we take you to the airport, you will be handed a card by our driver which states the name and mobile telephone number of the driver who is to collect you. As soon as you have collected your baggage and cleared customs, please call the driver and he will advise you of the location or bus stop he will be waiting at.
If you are booked to collect a person or party from the airport and they do not have any contact numbers, how do they locate you?
In this case either the driver or driver's representative will be waiting for you at the exit of the arrivals hall. He will be holding a board with your name on and escort you to our vehicle.
Will I be able to contact your driver whilst at a function/race meeting to arrange an earlier pick-up?
You can contact the driver at any time and he will be able to adjust any arrangements you have made.
